Watercolor, signed C. Wetterau, April 24, 1902.  A pastoral scene with 3 cows.  Image is 10" by 13", overall 19" by 17".  Frame is newer.  Carl Wetterau, an artist and architect was born in Hazelton, PA.  He also lived and worked in Larchmont, NY and Montreal.  Bright spot in photo is reflection of flash.
